An independent long-read guide that narrates Dutch BV formation through composite founder stories, so you can see the whole process worked through before you start.
Most guides to forming a Dutch BV are checklists. They tell you what the steps are, but not what it feels like to go through them: which decision comes first, where the days go, which document is the one that holds everything up.
Blegscope tells the process as stories instead. Each piece follows a single founder in a specific sector and from a specific country, in the present tense, from the first conversation to the registration at the Chamber of Commerce and beyond.
Composites, not clients
The founders in these stories do not exist. Their names, companies and personal details are invented, and no story is based on a real person's file. What is not invented are the facts underneath: formation steps, typical timelines, fees, and the rules on directors, shareholders and registration. Those are drawn from published, verifiable sources and are the same facts you would find in a plain reference guide.
Why every story ends the same way
Each story closes with the question a founder asks afterwards: what would I do differently? That section is where the practical value sits. If you read only one part of a story, read that one.
What this site is not
