The roles of other stakeholders and the critical success factors together with a detailed risk analysis were done.
Our client was able to access financing for the new campus and the new campus is currently operational with over 600 students. The two schools maintain a very close working relationship to enable the new campus leverage on the old campus‟ strong brand for an adequate student enrolment level.
